I have never done this but have seen people acclimate dogs (usually very sensitive types or young dogs) to a prong by allowing them to wear it backwards first, then one or two prongs at a time turn it around.
She is a very pretty dog. Seems to me like she just needs some more training. She has proven that she could do the job. I am glad to see that she will be able to continue. Lord knows that dogs play a big role in the government, and we need them so desperately now. To put her down would of been a crime itself. Maybe now she has a handler who will be able to bring her around.
