I have read that you are supposed to feed a pup under 4 months 3 times a day. However, my 11 week old GSD pup will only eat twice a day, no matter how far I space the feeding times out. Is this a problem? What can I do to get him to eat 3 times a day?

I have read that too. Perhaps if the morning feeding were small, he would be hungrier at noon?
I have no young-puppy experience; this is strictly based on reading.
Maybe Cindy will jump in. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
One of my pups was the same way. I found that feeding that pup was the same as a baby - if you force it in, you'll only clean it up! I simply put the food down for him, waited about 10 minutes or so and then took it back up. It wasn't too long before he wanted to eat whatever I put down. Unless there is a health problem (did you check with you vet?), I wouldn't worry about it. Pups and kids won't go hungry!
