Pad cuts are notoriously slow in healing. A month or 2 isnt uncommon for healing. Vets dont stitch them-futile to do so. My hunting dogs cut them frequently. If not for EMT, we would have alot less time afield.
It is vital that the wound be cleaned, and disinfected properly before closure. Thats why superglue makes me nervous. EMT doesnt close the wound. It allows the area to heal itself and regenerate properly.
I believe it was developed around WW2 for soldiers in battle used to stop heavy bleeding. It is amazing stuff. Ask any serious hunter with a dog.
Need advice..i'm getting a pup from a kennel called hena-c all DDR lines...very dark black sables ......anyway anyone know of these lines or dogs......let me know

well, how much is this tuft- foot cost.
I just worried and devasted that this happened because I don't think she can go for obedience training. I'll have to wait. She limps a little, should I worry more on this.
