I've only read about 3 media articles regarding this new legistation (and we all know how 100% reliable those details can be). But from what I have read so far regarding this new legistation, I want to commend Virginia for this step in the right direction.
I even heard that Fairfax County specifically states in their legislation that NO dog should be deemed dangerous solely based on its breed or cross of breed.
As I said before, I don't know ALL the details regarding the new legislation but from what I've been reading and hearing... it is by far the best than any other jurisdiction. Hopefully others who support BSL bans and mandatory muzzle laws will be willing to compromise after this precedent has been set.
