Hello, I'm new here and was wondering if somone could help me get some information. Just to kinda give you an idea of what I'm after, I work a duel purpose K9 for a Sheriffs Department. We are trained in Patrol work and Narcotics detection. The issue I'm having is I'm not really finding that much narcoitics. Our county is over flowing with cocaine. It seems that the hours I'm working only the users are out. The larger shippments seem to be different times. So anyway what I need is to know is does anyone have any links or information to support my theory abour movement.
With 13 years on the job… the last 5 assigned to our drug taskforce, it’s been my experience that quantity is being moved 24/7. “Tactics for criminal patrol” by Remsberg is a great interdiction book. You can get it from caliber press.
I’d suggest you call your local DEA office and inquire about some interdiction courses… with I95 so close you should have some good HIDTA statistics to look at.
The big ones are out there…. But I’m just as happy getting the mother load one stamp bag at a time! <img src="http://www.leerburg.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
