I bought Ceasar's book and read it. I watch his show. I'm a fan of this forum and the Leerburg web site. One message that comes through from both Ed and Ceasar, in very different ways, but the same message, is that dogs are not people, and a lot of problems occur when dog owners don't recognize that.
Ceasar and Ed both talk a lot about pack structure, and how important it is. Ceasar, in a New Age kind of way, and Ed, in very down to earth language. I'm very happy I found both of them.

I feel Frawley and Millan are on a similar wave length as well. This is one of the few forums that I've found where people don't completley bash and totally disregard Cesar's dog handling methods and expirience.
You need to sit back in your garden, sip a whiskey, smoke a cigar and THINK about your dog training.
When it first was introduced being the forward thinker that I am (and a sucker for techno stuff) I told her we had to get it. She was less than enthusiastic but after about a week she was more proficient on it than me. It is probably the only video device that she would refuse to give up, she'd fight you for it. <img src="http://www.leerburg.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" />
