Excluded are guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, ferrets, rabbits, pet birds, and fish. Dog breed restrictions include: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers and Doberman Pinchers. Current pets are grandfathered. Tenants may not purchase new pets that are restricted by breed. ....Pretty close to me......... Val

We have a ton of military clients and they seem to have whatever kind of breed they want. Maybe grandfathered? For non-military it is another story. We had our hearts set on a GSD but I rent a home and the owner's insurance won't allow it. True
