Actually, while I liked the old design of the webboard better (though I find myself liking the new version better everyday), I do love the current active topics view. That's all I use right now.

But one thing that comes to mind which I do miss is how the old format would show the "Last Poster" in active topics.

Ok, ok...me too. I've been trying to tell myself that I am "JUST A CREATURE OF HABIT and that I can "simply" change my habits..." Heh.
I too liked the plain, simple, easy, "no frills" layout of the old active topics board. I liked the way the topic subjects were one liners that trailed off with...if too long.
The main thing I miss about the old one is that it showed the number of posts for each topic. This allowed me to read the ones that were getting the most attention.

Oh, me too, me too. I liked seeing the number of views/number of replies/and last poster. About the only thing I like better on this new version is being able to be selective with the Active Topics, "last 24 hours, last 48 hours" etc. I'm not too enchanted with the way "My stuff" looks either, esp not my PM list.
