This morning Toby is doing fine. I still can't beleive how quick that all happened. I can understand passing out from lack of oxygen, but don't understand his heart stopping so quickly. Maybe it was too slow to detect. My wife felt bad because she sent him outside choking. I said its not her fault. The harder she tried to get the cheese from him the harder he tried to swallow it, hardly the actions of a choking victim. At least she watched him, and new when he needed our help.
I'm used to responding to others emergencies, but it still shakes me when it happens at home.
