Thanks Elaine, I know I have to tell her. She is going for surgery though in May and if anything happened the litter could come end of May and she would not be able to deal with it. She is having a fibroad tumour removed and it takes a while to recover. But I will tell her and let her know that we will take care of everything for her if it happened.

Lucky news, the dog is not pregnant. Liz was not mad, just concerned. Vala has come back to me a whole new dog. She finally has that connection of teamwork and is looking at people in a whole new way. She is following me around the grounds and the house and she goes everywhere I go now. If I leave the living room to go to the bathroom she follows or the bedroom or outside. She still wonders quite far on the grounds but will keep her eye on me the whole time and catch up if I walk too far off. She comes to a whistle or a here command too. Liz taught her to wait and stand for taking off burrs and to jump in and out of a vehicle on command too. It is so nice to finally have a dog that feels like she is my dog. I am so happy.
We are taking her dog in for a few days during her surgery (Liz's Surgery). This time Liz and Dad reinforced the fencing a great deal as her dog is very determined and strong willed. Vala is about 60 pounds now and Bella is (her sister) is almost 75 pounds. Dad says she is the lap dog who grew too big, LOL. She taught Vala to jump into your arms, but I keep falling over and end up laughing on the ground with Vala jumping all over me playing.
