I picked up a jar of ProSymbiotics Broad Spectrum colostrum yesterday on the advice of a woman who runs a store devoted to raw diets. Her vet put her Wolfhound on it when he started itching and nothing else would help. She gives it to all of her dogs daily (she even takes it herself)and she was very enthusiatic about all the benefits her dogs get from it. She certainly convinced me to give it a try.
Has anyone tried colostrum as a daily supplement with their own dogs? I would be very interested to hear if anyone else has seen positive results with it.
