James, the idea of mixing kibble with raw is to keep one meal raw, the other kibble, and not mix the 2 in the same meal. Someone else may know how far apart in terms of hours. I figure 12 hours apart, but I'm not sure.
Have you taken her in for a blood panel and health check?
You mention that you are concerned it may not be diet and nutrition.
I would start there.
My Dutch, who is crazy with drive, also throws up meals, and like I said I cut the fat out and that helped. When he started doing it more and more often, we went to the vet and bloodwork is normal, heart, lungs and temp were normal but since he has anxiety issues and is so driven, the vet wants to scope him for an ulcer to rule that out as well because he will also throw up bile.

My pointer is a high drive girl.....always looks like a coiled spring ready to let loose........almost ALL THE TIME. An ulcer could be a real possibility.
I was also thinking of having some bloodwork done. She went through her first heat cycle this winter(Dec., Jan., Feb.), which was very erratic. She was swollen for several months and dripped blood for two months off and on. My vet did some testing at the time and the worst thing he found was Whipworms, which she was successfull treated for in January. My vet stated that he believed she was also going through a false pregnancy or just having a "funny" heat cycle since it was her first. No real answers......
