Your dog won't get worms even if the meat isn't fresh........I don't recommend feeding old or spoiled meat but it won't cause intestinal worms.
Most common way for dogs to get worms (round, whip and hooks) is from the soil, from their mother while she is pregnant or thru her milk and in the case of tapeworms, from swallowing a flea.
