Well, unfortunately, you can't make anyone love any anyone...human or animal.
I'd just let things happen between them...they'll develop their own relationship, and I'm sure it'll be a good one. It's not unusual for GSDs to pick one person that they seriously bond to, and considering you're with her most of the time, it's not surprising that the one person is you. It's a good thing...a wonderful thing!
Sounds like you have a nice pup. Congrats! Enjoy and take lots of pictures!
Hi, I have had the puppy for about 16 days now. I picked her up when she was about 7 1/2 weeks old.
She is really getting big; it’s amazing how fast they grow. I’m working really hard on the crate. Today I played in the am with her took her for walk and for her to pop and pee. Then put her in her crate (coaxed her in with turkey meat and cream cheese) no forcing. She was in there for over 2 hours today.. I could here her yelling as I was doing things in the garden. I let her out for another potty break and a round around on the grass and put her back in the crate for about 1 hour. How does that sound..? Too much crate? Not enough?
Thanks for you advise mucho appreciated. I don’t have a website, do you know of an easy way to share some pictures. She is so pretty to me... Her ears are up
