I was looking at a G.S Breeders website,in Belgium and i know the owner, He has on his Site Photos of many of the Dogs he has Sold all over the World, He also does seminars in the USA and other countries at times i believe He has passed a fair few Pups on to people in the USA, To cut it a bit shorter i notice a lot of the USA dog owners on the photos he has on his site start the Pups on the Jute Pillow and Sleeve at a young Age
I was intrigued with this as i have just posted on here that Pup Fred had a go at the Jute Pillow only last Sunday for the first time and he is 9 months old
what i am taken aback by is the age some start this kind of work,
Have i left it too late to start my Pup on this type of Work, or are the owners of the Pups i see in the USA a little quick off the mark, any feedback would be appreciated

As My Old Dog has Gone, I keep looking at his empty kennel and Compound every time i walk into the garden, Pup Fred misses him badly having only really known Charlie from a 8 week old Pup
I am thinking of Getting another G.S Pup from the Breeder above in this post sometime later this year, will i be doing the right thing

When you say they start the pups on the pillow do you mean the pups are just pictured carrying them or playing with them? While I am in no means a qualified trainer I don't see an issue of playing with pups with a pillow and letting them bite and catch it and carry it around. If that's wrong I'd love to hear back because it's what I plan to do again with my new pup (arriving tomorrow!).
