If I feed my dogs meat that is frozen will it cause any problems? Tooth wear is the only thing that comes to mind. How well do sled dogs fare on frozen meat?
I'd suggest letting the meat thaw for a while. No real purpose in making all meals frozen. As a treat now and again, and for a teething dog, it's a good idea, but not all the time. Just grab down next days rations when you do evening feeding, and you'll be all set!
And, to your question about sled dogs; their food is mainly made using a special kibble and warm/hot water.
