I tried looking online, but most sites I've found talk in medical mumbo-jumbo, or don't really answer the question at all..
And since I know people are reliable here ( I tried searching on here as well. ).. Here it goes.
My pup ( just seems to be getting the short end of the stick lately. ) has an eye irritation it seems. The normally white part of her eye is pink, and was quite red a few days ago, but seems to be getting better. Still watching it.
She also has milky-white gunk like a booger consistancy coming from that eye as well. The other one is fine, by the way.
I clean up her eye any time I see the eye-boogers. It looks like it's starting to get better, but should I be more worried about it?

I just noticed that you said it was starting to get better.
In that case, you might just want to call the vet and ask for an expert opinion of how long it's OK to wait and see if it clears up spontaneously.
P.S. I've gradually learned over the years that a phone call to the vet (especially your long-time vet) can really clear up a lot of questions about how worried I should be and how long I can safely "wait and see."
She's due for a vet visit pretty soon, she's goin' at the lump again, so I may have to schedule surgery and take a day or two from work, and have the eye checked as well..

Yeah, I had that checked out and it's benign. I mentioned it when I was wondering about the whole cone ordeal.
It began with an H, but it's something young dogs get that usually clears up in 3-6 months, but she's been going at it with her teeth, so it might be better to have it removed than her end up chewing it up, I thought.
