Today I was watching my DVD again. Well I have a little question. On the DVD he said do not take the pup out if it is wining. Do they have to stop for a period of time or do you take them out as soon as they stop. And can you take 2 dogs to potty at once or one at a time. My older one is potty trained and were doing good so far with the younger can I take them out together. They are both leashed at all times now.

Thanks in advance.
As soon as he has stopped long enough for you to mark and praise the no-whining .....
The younger dog might copy the trained dog when he potties outside. I'd try it.
Whenever I have had a puppy in the past, I always take it out to do its business with my older trained dog. It has worked wonders.
The pup sees me give the command, go potty, and then sees the older dog obey, and after a short time gets it. Of course I still give the command and encouragement to the younger pup as well. Some of the pups I have had were potty trained in days.
Good luck with your pup!
GOd bless you
