WOO HOO!!!! I am lucky, the hunters here know to bring their carcasses to me and most of them also take coolers now and keep the "gut" so I can get what I want out of that as well........it is AWESOME!!!!!! I am going to add some deer "trimmings" to the apple and sweet potato soup....the dogs will love that!!! Until The Tale of the Lioness is told, the Story will Always Glorfy the Hunter

I am actually going to try and have Doug video tape it....It is still pretty warm here so all dog stuff will have to be froze before they get anything. I may wait to get my doe until it snows.... I do have a question for Connie and the "raw gang".....since I pheasant hunt, If I just "breast the bird out" (just take the breasts for us) rather than clean and cut the whole bird, can the dogs have that carcass, feathers and all, or should I clean it first?
