Art Lavely has a dog from Jinopo. He can tell you more about them.
Tiekerhook produces good dogs. You will always find alot of tight linebreeding in Holland, but the dogs are good. Just expensive for anyone outside of Europe.
Do You know some main differences beetwen line which tiekerhook has and line which Jinopo has...in drives(prey, fighting),social agression,in personal protection and sport?
Dont know much about Jinopo, but Tiekerhook linebreeds on Nick vom Heiligenbosch, a very civil and dominant dog. Max v. TIekerhook is a very well known stud dog. Koos Hassing has a reputation for breeding for very strong aggression that shows itself in young puppies. Normally German Shepherds are very immature puppies and dont show aggression till they are much older.
My pups Tiko and Yasko are Nick vom Heiligenbosch grandsons. I like what i see in them so far, although I dont see much aggression yet (10 months old). They have both been showing strong signs of dominance since they were 3 or 4 months old though, and really dominance is what I look for more than defense.
Yes,I reading all the best about tiekerhook dogs....but for Jinopo somewhere I reading that his dog is really social agression and that they have strong drives....and somewhere all opposite...I also looking at Eurosport kennel....I love czech dogs beacuse they are little bit bigger,I will try to find some czech line dog(in Jinopo or Eurosport)who will have drives similarly to Tiekerhook(I afraid that tiekerhook is a little bit too much for me...beacuse I am not at home in the morning and dogs must stay alone at the morning-but only at the morning, rest of day I am only his, what You think)?
How height and weight are tiekerhooks average males?
....I love czech dogs beacuse they are little bit bigger...
Be careful generalizing ...I have a small (ish) Czech male and a huge DDR male. I, too, have heard good things about Tiekerhook dogs as far as true aggression, but I have not seen any direct Tiekerhook dogs firsthand. I will say that while MOST GSD pups are later to mature and are not aggressive puppies, they're out there. My newest addition has more "forward" aggression than most puppies I have met, and she's serious about it . There is no play involved. She's DDR, not Czech though.
My point is to look at individual breeding pairs for qualities you like; size, temperament, etc. generalizations can lead to disappointment.
The Tiekerhook dogs also have very strong prey drive, and are from west german lines.
Certainly didn't mean to imply that they were anything else! I thought he was asking about Tiekerhook AND Czech dogs...not Tiekerhook dogs AS Czech dogs. Koos kind of does his own thing, for sure, though ... Vedran, if there's any confusion, as Susan said, Tiekerhook dogs are not Czech dogs.
My two GSDs are from Jiri and can't speak enough about them. My female is zPS. Both very hard, civil and protective. At least that's my opinion since I'm really not an expert.

Thanks, yes,I know that tiekerhook dog are not czech...dogs/kennels that I like are Tiekerhook,Jinopo and Eurosport.
I like tiekerhooks character very much but I likes size and look of czech dogs....have some Jinopo dogs character like tiekerhook, that agression etc.?
