well, yeah.
but then too, with the internet, someone my age can give great advice.
for example, someone asks me something about dogs(not someone on here). Well, i can easily rattle off one of ed's articles.
Not that i would say it was all my idea, and i would totally give credit where it was due, but it would still seem like i knew all this stuff.

And in a way, i do. With the amount of research i do on dogs and training etc, i know more than the other dog owners i am around, even though in some cases i am less than half their age.

But i got it partly(mostly) from common sense. But i need people like you all to say it in a way that makes sense. In my brain, i already knew most of this stuff, but couldn't put it into words the right way or whatever....

but yes, a preface to some answers is always helpful. Like, i have only ever had one dog, and this is what i did instead of oh, do this, it will work!


But anyway, welcome Mary. I'm glad there are other students who not only have dogs, but are committed to doing it right. That is rare indeed, and that has made my day.
