He is starting to seriously teeth, his gums are red and swollen and he is missing 2 of the front top needles and I just noticed a wobbly canine. He is being more nippy and more pushy and an even bigger PITA so I know they are bothering him.
I have some of those Hilands Teething tablets from when my son was teething and also for his adult teeth coming in that bother him sometimes.
Can dogs have those or should I try Chamomillia 3x
He does have a Rag that I soaked in sodium free chicken broth and froze, and two more in the freezer. I also froze Poo and his elephant with broth for him.

I assume you mean as in Winnie the?
I don't know about the teething pills, can't help you. Sounds like you are on the right track. Maybe frozen carrots or a frozen kong with cream cheese?

Gosh I hope so! For future reference, that would be "Pooh", with an "H".
Jennifer, it sounds like you're doing all the right things to keep him busy and distracted from his sore gums - not sure about the teething pills though, are they like kid's Tylenol? I'd just continue to keep him chewing on appropriate things...
As long as the Hylands doesn't have xyletol or other artificial sweeteners I think it would be OK. The homeopathic part would be fine. Where's Connie???? She already knows the answer.
I seriously doubt Hylands Teething Tabs would do anything to harm your pup (safe for human babies! Certainly safer than kibble!). They may not work on a dog the same wonderful way they work on babies (I used them for both my boys), but it's definitely worth a try, IMO.
