You know its coat blowing time when you go out to eat and someone else at the table finds hair in their food from your dog!
Dont forget to change the air filter on your furnace system as needed, I usually have to do this twice in one month because I have the return air vent on the floor and it sucks it all up.
Ive got hair in the refrigerator, in frozen stuff, floating in the air....Ive resigned myself and only notice it when non-dog people come over or when Im foolish enough to wear anything black. I really dont think that there is any way to completely eradicate all the loose hair but brushing and vacuuming will at least keep you from being ostrasized by "normal" people.
AAAAHHH, what do "normal" people know about anything?! It can be quite a conversation starter at times.....the hair all over the clothing that is..
I love Ed's little video on the Furminator....keeping the grooming tools outside by the steps in a dedicated mailbox........I am trying a similiar method of attack but fear our local squirrels will try and steal the equipment. I've caught them with towels most of the way up a tree.
