I have noticed in the past couple of week my pup will start running around in a circle like a bat out of hell and he is very vocal when he does it.
At first I thought he was chasing his tail and just being a dumb pup but I see know that he actually trying to get to his back knee, once he is able to catch it he flops down and starts chewing on it and mumbling while he does it.
It has gotten almost frantic a couple of times and it seems like something is bothering him, but I cant figure out what it would be.
There is no obvious swelling, he doesnt have fleas, I have palpitated it all over and manipulated it in every direction and it doesnt seem to hurt.
It always happens at night, around this time and it has happened probably 4 times in the last 2 weeks.
He doesnt do any other neurotic stuff, he isnt really high strung, just energetic and very active as he should be.
