I always preach organic food, exercise and a healthy lifestyle. I am an elite athlete so for me it maybe easier, but I do believe if one wants to be healthy they CAN be! Just put your mind to it. I agree with Enrique if you really want to drop the weight you can. It wasn't easy but it was so worth it! LOL The last 10-12 lbs came when I started doing Schutzhund instead of digging terriers out of the ground. Gettin lazy........and just a bit older. LOL old dogs LOVE to learn new tricks
