So far, our pup more or less ignores the dogs, but we were worried about fence fighting and/or our pup becoming dog aggressive. Cindy's advice to me at the time was to film the neighbor dog's behavior, and block the dogs view. We ended up buying some cheap bamboo material that we ran through the slats of our chain-link fence. It blocks the dogs view of one another, and although we still have to hear the barking, they can't see one another, and therefore can't fight.
