Hi Dea: This is a common problem, simply Your breeder never socialized Your Dog. Chances are that he or she left this Dog in a crate day and night and took the Dog out only for excercise or training. This type of Dog should have had " In Home " training
before being released to You. The Breeder should have offered to come to Your home and work with You ? Please feel free to contact me directly since You have a serious problem which can be corrected but I'll need more information then what You supplied. Best Wishes Tom

Hi Again Connie: thanks-I really enjoy reading all the comments and perhaps Iam to anxious to get involved and help. I recently retired from my Breeder & training business and only due non-profit search and rescue ( i love the thrill of the search)
and truly just love to share all my years of experience in protection, security, service and therapy dog training, This site is a way to bring back all the phone calls I got for advice thru-out the years that I never thought I would miss ! I got to be more careful just like I was when I sold a Protection/ Police Dog for a lot of times I was the one that got Bit. Thank You for Your patience and understanding and hopefully I can help the up and coming Dog handlers of the future. My best regards Tom
