I wouldn't even worry about your wood floor, provided that it stays DRY.
If there are spots that tend to become damp regularly (underneath/around the dog's bowl, in the kitchen, etc), then I might be concerned. Otherwise, the fungus isn't be on the floor at all.
If you keep a mat near the back door, dog beds, etc, I'd launder them, with particular attention to drying them on a high heat.
My kitten had ringworm once and I had to dunk her in a sulphide bath twice a day for a week or something like that. NOT pleasant. Then, on a check up at the vet, the vet noticed I had a spot on my arm. My vet told me to just rub peroxide on it or even the sulphide bath stuff for a few days and it just disappeared. Like others said, you must keep your other animals away because it is contagious. I had kept the infected kitten in a crate and allowed the other kitten to roam. I do not recall the vet indicating a necessity to clean hardwood floors, unlike conjunctivitis-related infections.
