I need to ask how often/how much do I need to give Kasey organ meat and liver? It gives him gas that clears the room at even small amounts! He never has gas unless he eat those or veggies. I don't mind not giving him veggies much, but I'm guessing it's not good to skip the organs and liver?

I'd give only very low-cellulose produce* (like parsley, little summer squashes, etc.) in small regular amounts, skipping broccoli stems, cauliflower, and the other cruciferous vegetables, and I'd spread the organ meat out over the days rather than feeding one meal that's mainly organ meat.
That is, 5% of a meal is liver rather than 5% of the week's food as organ meat given at one meal.
I start organ meats very small and work up; the reason is usually diarrhea, but gas would have the same remedy.
*Also, I give processed and/or steamed-and-processed vegetables (unless it's very soft, like the two mentioned above) to more closely replicate the produce the canid would eat on its own.

Thanks Connie, that seems to be working. It's so gross, but I got zuccini, white squash, parsley and beef liver and put it all in the blender. Then I just give him a couple tablespoons a day - he goes nuts over it and the rest of us are almost gagging! It's that raw liver that is just so yucky to look at! But I know it's good for him.
Thanks again - you have solved all my problems so far - except the allergies!Don't know what I'd do without you! We'll see what the dermo vet says on Monday!
When I feed liver, I have started cutting it up into cubes, and freezing them. That way they get a little bit over a longer period of time, (rather than one meal being mostly liver) and I don't have to deal with the nasty smell. Even frozen it has the consistancy of frozen pudding which thaws remarkably fast.
