I wouldnt touch either button. I mainly used food and played games where he was rewarded everytime he looked to my face.Mark and reward, mark and reward. I keep the food in my mouth and either spit it or take it out and feed it to him. I started with him in any position just to get him looking directly to my face.

"Watch me" was the first or second command I taught my pup. It was the easiest command to teach and, like Steve, I used food, and then toys, to teach it.
hey ok food is what im using now as well as toy. What i would like to know is how you guys would use the e collar for this result under heavy distraction?
For example if you have a dog aggressive dog where food or toy is just not enough to re capture his attention.
