HAHAHA..Duane, actually I posted that more for newbes then anything else so that they didn't confuse the use of a long line & improper use of a prong or a collar that is marked with another name so as not to get the crap that the guy would get from all the tree huggers if he called it a plastic prong. :-)
BTW...I think that drag lines/long lines are the BOM! I think that I have owned multiple ones of every length that they make at one time or another with raising 3 pups in the last 8 years. Have one here now that is 10'. I love the thin light cotton ones. Ruined most of mine with pups at the beach. The snaps don't fair so well after multiple times in the sand & saltwater.
