not sure about the injection but the meds are ketofen 10mg
When was the vet visit? Was he having loss of appetite before or is it only since the injection?
How old is your dog? Is he overweight?
Has the limping been favoring one leg or has it changed?
P.S. That's an NSAID, for which liver and kidney values are ideally recorded before any extended protocol and then again three to six months in.
Also, NSAIDs for dogs (including aspirin) have another potential side effect of bleeding ulcers, so any sign of intestinal distress should mean that you discontinue the med and call the vet immediately.
okay, the dog is about 9,5 mnths, since he started he started limping he did'nt eat for 2 days, 3 days ago he was okay again, and ate a tin of tuna, yesterday he was worse,a diferent leg ,so i took him to the vet and again today,my wife says the injection was ibrufen

h'es heavy-9 mnths-36 kilos, i'm giving him an omega 3+6 supplement, but i am guilty of overfeeding
Weight management is #1 by far. Stop overfeeding.
About the supplement: Omega 6s are extremely over-represented in modern diets, and Omega 3s are extremely under-represented.
The balance between the two is the critical factor in managing inflammation.
You want to supplement with long-chain Omega 3s. What the dog does not need (unless he is for some reason getting no fat in his diet) is more Omega 6 or ALA (short-chain Omega 3 EFAs).
Doge do not have the mechanism that humans have (and it is not very efficient in humans) to convert short-chain Omega 3s to the EPA and DHA needed.
