My 6 mo old GSD has a sticky rash on her stomach and under her armpits. it is hot to the touch and shes been itching it so it has been scabbing and pussing and her skin in those areas is very saggy. It's also starting to smell. Can anyone tell me what this is i cant get to the vet for another week. PLEASE help me.

Well whatever caused it is not the issue at first hand. Your dog needs a vet, yesterday.
Call around, explain your situation to the vet and most of the good ones will be willing to work with you. Either that or surrender your dog to someone who can get it the medical attention it needs. Making a dog suffer under these conditions for a week is cruel, plain and simple.

As Melissa said, the pup needs help -- days ago.
This sounds like the skin might even be necrotic. At the very least, even if that odor is yeast, it's badly infected (with pus).
You need to get on the phone now, right now, and get financial help to get this puppy to the e-vet or call local animal services to surrender the dog, making very sure that it's understood that this is an emergency.
