I have another question. If i use some vegetables rich in Vitamin E (like cucumber or spinach)in certain meals should i reduce/eliminate the Vitamin E capsule content for that meal?

No, not IMHO. And you want to give spinach just sometimes because of the oxalic acid.
e.t.a. I do NOT think that spinach, parsley, etc., have to be avoided because of high oxalic acid content. I just think that they are probably best as part of a rotation, and not as the daily greens. Other good greens are celery tops, zucchini guts, romaine, etc.
In summer when summer squashes are rampant (and extremely cheap), I buy up some zucchini and other summer squashes, peel any thicker skins, and freeze them. This is simple and the freezing breaks them down perfectly. (If I'm not freezing them, I take all the thick peel off zucchini but leave it on the thinner-skinned yellow summer squashes.)

It happens that one of my dogs is a 19-pound dog. He is the only one who is that small. When I do find the 100s, I grab them for him. When I do not, I buy 200-IU caps (mixed tocopherols, similar to the one you have) and squeeze about half of his out, discarding the leftover.
This is probably unnecessary, but I prefer to do it. (BTW, the cost difference between 100 IU and 200 IU is negligible, given that the 100s I do find have a higher per-IU cost.)
Couldn't you just give a capsule every other day of the 200 IU instead?
