Did the vet do a urinalysis and culture? Or exactly what?

YES THE VET RUN FULL BLOOD TEST AND URINE TEST....
is there any leakage during the day when you don't walk her? I wonder if she could have some nerve damage somehow...I had a cat whose tail separated from the spine and he didn't know he leaked but he would at times, pee in the litter box, but lying down, his bladder leaked and he didn't know it.
Did the vet check for any injuries, nerve responses, etc.?

SHE IS COMPLETELY FINE....VET TOLD ME TO TAKE HER OUT EVERY 4 HRS...AND ISERIOUSLY THINK IT IS NOT WORKING NOW. WHAT AM GONNA DO ?????????????????
If it doesn't matter when she pees in the crate, whether you are there or not, I would take her back to the vet and have them do a test with her hind paws tucked under to see if she recognizes she is tucked under. Have them check her hips to tail to see if there is any pain or damage and finally, if nothing else, have them do a quick Xray of her rear to see if there is spinal damage. If there is, everything should be free or at a steep discount.
PS...please don't type in caps. You are shouting and while you have good reason, it shouldn't be done.

Do you have the receipt from the vet? I doubt very much that anything beyond the urinalysis was done, because that's what IS done for the first step. And then yes, the vet says to take her out more often.
We are past that. So let's see what exactly what was done so we can discuss the next steps. For example, the urinalysis may have been done without a culture.
"She is completely fine" is obviously not the case, and presenting with crate-wetting would not even lead the vet to do much more than the urinalysis and the advice to take her out more ... as Step One.
