I think it was around $45 for about 3.5 hours spread over three days. The first day was about vaccines and topical flea/tick medications, second was on nutrition, and third was holistic treatment methods. For people who have read and studied small animal nutrition, it is a lot of review material. Nonetheless, I found it beneficial to hear someone else re-iterate practices and also sparked my interest in, or at least doing some additional research on, feeding some grains to my dog.
Thanks for the thoughtful and thorough response Siaty - you clearly have a great perspective about raw feeding, and understand that each person's circumstances require a slightly different approach to the challenge of providing the best nutrition for their dog. The nice thing is that we're all on the same page, these "finer details" are just that: finer details.
BTW, I never get tired of hearing how others work towards the goal of complete nutrition through raw feeding - whether it's recipe, ingredient sourcing, meal size or just mentality, I always learn something!
Does the length of time food is frozen have any bearing on nutrient breakdown? Or is frozen is frozen is frozen?
I just got back from the grocery store. Out of curiousity I looked at quite a few packages of various meats, and dang near everything said, "previously frozen".

The fact that we buy something unfrozen doesn't mean much in terms of its past life.
The rest of the question has a lot of variables. For example, the temperature is probably more important than the length of time (to a point), and so is the protective covering, whether or not it approaches thaw-temp and is re-frozen, how soon after butchering (or whatever process) it is frozen and how quickly (flash-frozen) .....
