We have taken her to two different vets, because her appetite has dropped considerably since my first post. Neither of the vets see anything wrong like worms/parasite or anything, though they do agree that she is very small.
I wouldn't mind having a smaller adult dog, that's part of the reason we picked a female. The breeder has been less than helpful, and only offered to 'help sell the dog again', which is just passing the problem on to someone else. I'm starting to think that I was too impatient in my selection of a puppy. We ARE attached to her and I'd hate to just give her away, but I've been interested in Schutzhund for a long time and was hoping to finally get involved with the sport.
There's no reason you can't get envolved with the sport now if that's where you'd like play.
The pup is coming up on 4 months old? Appetite is poor? What is her activity level? How much exercise does she get during the day? Does she lack interest in play? What are you feeding her? Could she be teething? Is she deficating per normal?
Her activity level when we first got her was great, she'd play with and chase anything. She is coming up on four months, and within the past week she has started to eat next to nothing, and has had irregular stools. She eats(or when she WAS eating) 2-3 times a day. I had been trying to get her on a raw diet, following the plan of one hard food meal and one raw food meal each day. She did great with that, she would actually eat anything you put in front of her. For the raw diet, I was giving her chicken backs that weigh roughly half a pound along with some of the supplements listed and sold here.
But like I said, she is barely eating or going to the bathroom right now and she is losing interest in playing. I can get her to for a little bit and then she goes and lays down. I don't want to force her to be active if she is sick..

I agree, that's worrisome. This has been going on for how long?
Has the vets made any suggestions about x-rays to check for blockages?
Water, how she doing with hydration?
I agree too, and I urge you to call the vet right now. Tell the vet that "she is barely eating or going to the bathroom right now and she is losing interest in playing" and please get her seen today.
