The info on this DVD is providing the 'missing link' in my training efforts. In my case, this being my first dog to train, it's clarified the things that I need to be doing to get better results from my dog. Essentially starting over! I see comments on this board all the time about improving the bond w/ your dog, and how you need to be the most fun thing to your dog. The 1st half of this DVD covers this explicitly (although it doesn't use those words, but that is the end result), and shows examples of dogs that are engaged (intensely focused on you) and dogs that are not engaged. Michael talks in detail about how to get this type of engagement from your dog. This is key to getting great obedience results... Ed narrates throughout, and gives a preview and summary of each topic covered. Very nicely done, and it will complement the marker Training DVD and Basic Obedience DVD, IMO.
