Update: Just couldnt get myself to make a smoothie (something about blending raw organ meat-yuk) so I bought some beef kidneys and boiled them partially and froze them - the picky dog loves them!! But man did they stink up the house when boiling so blending may still be an option Also, I bought a beef heart and they really liked that raw, not sure if thats considered an organ meat though? Anyway, thanks for the suggestions.
ALSO I'm wondering since I was the OP for this thread if I could get in on this little "business venture" what a great idea LOL
Glad you guys like "my idea" lol we need to trademark this people would pay a fortune at a ritzy dog park

Yeah, Barbara. You just earned yourself blender duty.
Will this be a permanent demotion or will I have the opportunity to work up to product aquisition? Will it help if I bring Falcon to work dressed up like a ballarina?
Ahh crap.....I totally missed the original mention of going into business.
It was John that had the marketing idea.....He's the boss.
Barbara, you'll have to take that up with the boss.
I'll be silent if you guys just send me the profits

Sure hopefully there's enough profits to go around, I'm sure we have to give Ed a cut since its his forum.
Heart is considered muscle, I used to boil livers before I went to raw and yes it does stink, the lightly frying method has less stink (IMO) and I actually liked the smell. Plus it keeps the inside raw, the boiling cooks a little to much. I also cut up the liver and mix it up in the other stuff that helped for me as well. my dog was weird only with chicken livers, beef he had no problem with.

... I like Connie a lot - but I can't vote for a liver smoothie...the description sounded fine until the word smoothie, then i imagined myself eating it...
Then can I interest you in a nice tripe or kidney smoothie?
