OMG connie, I just almost ruined the computer with diet coke when I opened that link.
My dogs would absolutely freak out if one of those was put on them.
I bought some dark colored 5 dollar bathroom rugs from walmart last week, that are rubber backed to keep them from slipping. I put 2 long ways in front of both doors. They work great and can be tossed in the washing machine.

I even kind of like the idea of the paw plunger but the cap... My dogs would freak! But it have to admit I have been dreaming of putting a bag over the dobes head when driving to the woods to prevent yet another presentation of "Don´t cry for me Argentina" when she realizes where we are going
