in a previous thread i started on some issues i currently have to work on with my ACD chewy (13months old), i mentioned potentially using an ecollar on him. I bought the leerburg dvd and am going to watch it this weekend, however someone in one of the posts mentioned talking to someone from sit means it training before using my ecollar.
i was curious if anyone on here has any experience with sit means sit training and what the general opinion is of their kind of training?????
they happen to have a person close to me (closer than any other trainer that i have found) and was curious if it was worth having a couple private lessons with the trainer????
thanks in advance for peoples opinions or first hand experiences....
I don't allow any mention of anything to do with Fred Hassen (Sit Means Sit) on my web board. He was kicked off this board years ago.
In my opinion they guy knows little to nothing about good dog training. He is 100% a "remote collar avoidance trainer" who would not recognize motivational training if it was stairing him in his face. The only thing he is good at is self promotion and thats not about to happen on my web board.
