I can't believe she actually admitted, publicly, that they thought he was just out having fun in the woods for 2 weeks! Even dumber, that she then thought someone stole him for breeding - a neutered dog does look obviously different. I don't like to call people idiots, but in this case, it's impossible not to. I feel sorry for him now.
Hey Dennis... how 'bout a road trip? Can't be that far and we can simply go cut his rope and find him a good home with a nice, big, fenced in yard and a couple with brains at least as big as their "heart". Poor dog... a life tied up has got to be hell.
