I have a female gsd who is 7 months old. I have had sheps all my life although this one is my first german bloodline. I am having difficulty with the following; PEEING....cannot ask her for a toy in her mouth or ask her to sit before going out without peeing. Other times this happens as well. Submissive or dominant, weak nerved????? I paid $1800.00 for this dog and planned to show and breed her but...?? My breeder has not returned my calls since september. Do I have a bad pup and if so what am I entitled too from the breeder. Cannot be firm with this dog at all or she pisses, by firm i mean firm voice. thanks to any and all who can offer me your time. I don't know if I am wasting my time or should stick it. out.
Actully, I see that you had posted this question pretty much the same a few months ago.
Patience is a virtue. Most of them grow out of it. Same answer that you recieved before. My Mal submission pee'd until he was a year old.
If you are impatient with puppy behavior, buying a older dog may be the correct path for you.
