Hi, thanks everyone for all the past advice i got on my other dog scrappy on his fear biting, it was really helpful. Fortunately, scrappy has stopped peeing in the house so it's just the nervousness I'm working on. The problem now is my other dog Mike who is a 1 yr old teacup poodle male. Mike was traned to go on weewee/poop on paper in the house. He originally learned this fairly quickly and we had no problems with him. Unfortanately when my other dog scrappy started peeing in the house (which he doesn't do anymore)mike started peeing on the floor instead of on his wee wee papers as well. So, I suggusted to my husband that i would start out like I was puppy training him all over again and start crate training him whoch is what I did the first time with good results. Unfortunately he's dead set against this because he's afraid he'll bark in the crate. So i can't crate train him. so, what I've been doing is leaving him in my room when i go to work or out setting up his water, food blanket and toys. theres a wooden board against the doorway so he can't get out but my other dog who's bigger can go in and the two dogs can play so Mikes not alone. This works pretty well since he doesn't pee as much in the bedroom as in the living room so he rarely pees in the bedroom and hes been going on the wee wee papers when hes in the bedroom. If he goes in the living room it's only when i'm home and within a close distance of him so i can watch him constantly and disiplin him if he pees ( tell him no and take him to the wee wee paper which is set up in the living room as well) he's always near a wee wee paper wherever he goes. So far it's going good (2 days now just started) but the problem is in the morning, he pees in the bedroom every morning when I'm not looking in the same two spots. Now I don't know what to do about this, I'm used to crate training so I'm kind of lost without this meathod of training. Unfortunately It's out of the question to crate his because my husband is totally apoed to this because he's afaid the dog will bark and people will complain which my downstairs neighbor will (I live in a condo) so what can I go about this

1) Get rid of the Pee Papers
2) Get a Bark Collar and start Crate Training

The only thing you teach your dog by using Pee Papers, is that it's ok to pee in the house.

Are you using the pads because your not on the ground floor?
Do you have access to a down stairs yard or grass area?
If you do then teaching your dog to go in the house should be unacceptable. If you dont have access to an outside area which i think would be strange, then why not go one step further and put the pooch in nappies!

Crissy you need to make sure that you clean all of his peed areas thoughly-Natures Miracle is a good brand-or if you rent a carpet extractor they have special cleaners you can add to it for this-regular carpet cleaner will NOT do this, he will not stop going in these areas until they are properly cleaned-then I would treat it with "No GO" to repel him from going there again. Also are you using WEE pads or normal newspaper? Wee pads are wonderful and will attract him to go on them, newspapers will not-they do have the litterboxes for dogs-but those you have to really train them to go in as a puppy-adult dogs are more difficult to train for using this.

If you really want to get rid of the pee stains this works well. Take a black light and something to mark the stains, I use crumpled paper for the floor and turn off the lights. The pee stains will glow under a black light. mark the spots and take a rug cleaner with hot water and go over the spots well. Then use natures miracle on the spots and cover with wet towels. keep them moist for a few days. I couldn't get natures miracle to work when I first used it, so I called the company. they said that the soap I had used was killing the stuff in natures miracle and since then I have had some miracles!
