Yeah i don't think I will let my male run free. My female does now. And she is fine with it. I wish i could get another female. I've heard males can be more "hard" in training...But I'm not near experienced enough for 2 female GSD's. My wife is very small and couldn't handle a dog fight at all. It wouldn't be good. I will stick with the male. I'm buying a kennel, and crates for both GSD this weekend. I'm just going to buy one kennel for the male. Meeka can still run around the house.
I agree the first six months I will be taking the male everywhere i go and letting him experience lots of different things. Hopefully Meeka will accept the new member into the family. But they will always be separated when we are not home and closely supervised when we are home. I will keep it limited also.
Thanks for all the help. I have a long ways to go, but it will we worth it..I'll have all grey hair before i hit the age of 30!!! lol
