My dog only pees every 12 hours it seems. I give her plenty of potty time outdoors but she only goes every 12 hours. Her urine looks a little dark to me. She was a rescue dog and I only have her for a little over two weeks. She is house broken and she seems to be fine in every other way. I'm worried she may have a uti or blader infection. She doesn't seem to drink a ton of water but I always have fresh water available.
We were just at the vets last week for a lepto shot.
Any help would greatly be appreciated.

She had a lepto vax or she was diagnosed with lepto and had treatment?
I would probably get a clean catch and drop it at the vet's, and I would probably also bait some water and encourage drinking that way.
What is her food? If raw, then pouring a little water over it will make the water very attractive to the dog.
she had the lepto vaccination shot. I have an appt with the vet tomorrow. I will try to get a urine sample tonight and drop it off.
I'm a worry wart but I'd rather be safe than sorry.
