Just wondering how good swimming is for conditioning? and the best way to go about it if anyone has any tips. Because my dogs are so young I've been advised against running until 18mths or so, any advice would be greatly appreciated one of my boys is very hard to get in shape we walk about 5-6kms a day in about 45-60mins depending on their messing about oh yeah they're Amstaffs 10 months and 14 months.Thankyou

Sorry, just found one of the answers on one of Ed's videos, must've missed that one before, but since I've asked anyway how long o how much swimming is enough? I don't have a pool but there's an aqua therapy for dogs about 10 mins down the road $7 for 1/2 an hour does it need to be everyday or couple times a week?? Thanks again!
