i dont know if this is gonna work. lol. I took celery, broccoli, carrots, FRESH green beans, lettuce, and just a SMALL amount of potatoe and puree'd it all up.. ( 3 gallons worth when done) so i have this vegatable "paste" that is in the dehydrator now. that way i can bag it, take out a couple of spoonfuls everynow and then and add it to his food (along with h2o.) anyone got any suggestions of what else i should add to the mix. i think it might work fairly well.
Why are you using dehydrator? I just mixed all of mine up and put it in quart baggies or old butter containers in the freezer and kept one in the fridge. I just used whatever I saw on sale or what I had that was going bad in the house. If the pears, apples, potatoes, etc started looking sad, I just threw them in the freezer until I was ready to whip up another batch.
