Its so nice to see someone so happy.Katie and Danni.
At the risk of appearing completely thick, some of the acronyms used in these posts are bit of a puzzle. What is FST and FCC?Thanks
I'm NOT a big fan of it either ( I actually hated it & found it boring) & I did it almost everyday for 2 years with 2 dogs. I'd be out there at least by 6:00am, 6 days a week, unless it was pouring rain. Fortunately the fields that I used were only about 8 min from my home. So I had no excuse not to track regularly. I would get very creative 2 days a week, just to break up the monotany for the dogs.
After tracking, I'd take & run & work OB with my dogs. Then I'd go to work.
Good god, what was I thinking?!!!
Schutzhund is a LIFESTYLE if you are really interested in it. Not just a dog sport.
Because of the tracking...I think it can require a bit more dedication then the Ring Sports.
