From another post on idiot dog owners, part of your reply was:
"Deal with me or deal with my dog. But I wont put my dog in risk so pretty much they have to deal with me"
In another post you commented that when you took Xena to a dog park she was afraid and got behind your legs... Now she is escallating to chasing, nipping and coming away with fur. Hmmmmm...
Daniel, dog parks have enormous potential for harm to the dogs off leash and the humans who may need to break up a fight. And you might be creating a dog who is going to be the one causing the harm, putting her at even higher risk and yourself in a very liable situation.
Using an ecollar for a situation like this is EXACTLY how the collar should never be used. Your dog could interpret the correction as coming from the other dog and only escalate the situation, or it could cause her to become fearful and even more "unbalanced" in the situation. It is a recipe for disaster.
I recommend finding a better way to exercise your dog in which YOU are the focus of her attention.
And IF your reason for going to the dog park is to train "under distractions" do so on the outside of the fence.

Wow. Daniel, you did right by posting that question.
Stop going to off-lead dog parks, PLEASE. You are putting your dog at risk for a permanent change in personality and temperament, all aside from physical risk.
And that's one of the worst uses of an e-collar I have ever read about (and I've read some terrible e-collar stories).
Thank goodness you posted. You have received great advice.

Yeah she was afraid with other dogs at the dog park, until last week when I train her for focused heeling, there's a dog and she plays with them when I released her.
The reason I brought her to dog park yesterday because I want to know how she interact with other dogs.

In re-reading this post, I wanted to clarify: Daniel, I hope this did not sound like I was calling YOU an idiot dog owner - the topic where I selected that quote from you was titled "Idiot Dog Owners"... I apologize if it came across differently!!
